Copyright and using the material
You are allowed to download the material contained on this website and to use Refugee Enterprise Project assets with the sole purpose of supporting the aims of the Refugee Enterprise project - namely supporting refugee enterpreneurship and educational and training purposes.
RIB encourages users to establish hypertext links to this website, and you do not have to ask permission to link directly to pages hosted on this site. However, we do not permit our pages to be loaded into frames on your site. PDFs are not allowed to be hosted on other organisation's website but they can be linked to.
You are not to alter any material as provided on this site in any way, shape or form. In the event of a violation
In the event that Refugee Enterprise Project considers or determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached, violated or contravened these Rules or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct in the use of the Refugee Enterprise Project Website, the Refugee Enterprise Project reserves the absolute right to:
- warn you via email that you have violated these Rules and ask you to discontinue such conduct;
- delete any material or content which you post to the events section or any other areas of the site.
- discontinue your membership of the Website and/or any other related subscriptions to additional services; and
- take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your use of the Refugee Enterprise Project site) to prevent you from using the Refugee Enterprise Project Website or linking to the site.
Any action that we shall take shall be without prejudice to any of our accrued rights. Refugee Enterprise Project will operate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any User who violates the Rules.
If any provision of these Rules shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
